PERSONAL PET PICTURE

Send us a picture of Your Pet.
We'll engrave it for a one-of-a-kind gift.

TO ORDER
1. An Order Form is located at the bottom of each product page.
2. Select "Special Order" from the box labeled (Order Option).
3. To add wording, select a Type Style from the (Type Styles) box & enter in boxes (L01-L04).
    Some products have limited wording available. See explanation below.
4. Put a note in the "Comments" box that this order is for a Personal Pet Picture.
    Let us know how you will be sending your picture (email or regular mail).
5. Review the Set-up Fee information below.
6. Click the "Order Button" and submit your order.

SEND US YOUR PICTURE
Send us your picture using one of the following options. Include your order #.
    a. Take a picture with a digital camera and email it to us.
    b. Email a scanned picture (high resolution jpeg works best). Large Sharp pictures only.
    c. Mail us your picture.
  • It is important to send a quality picture. Large Sharp pictures give a better finished product.
  • Pictures will be cropped (close up) and the background removed, unless requested otherwise.
  • Most finished Personal Pictures are in an oval form, but variations may occur.
  • If the picture can not be used, we will email you with a request for a different picture.

    LIMITED WORDING ON SOME PRODUCTS
    Due to limited space, the following products are limited to 2 Lines of Type.
    Additional lines may be added, but Opposite Side Engraving must be marked "Yes".
  • Fluted Shot
  • Wine Glasses
  • Margarita Glass
  • Ornaments - Personal Picture is unavailable.

    SET UP FEE
    A one time set-up fee of $20 is required for a Personal Picture.
    This fee is to convert your picture to an engravable image.
    It is only charged once and is not added again for additional products using this picture for 1 year.
    Example: If you order 2 or more glasses with the same picture, only one set-up fee is charged.

    We will need permission to bill the set-up fee before we can proceed with your order.
    Put a note in the order form "Comments Box" that you accept the set-up fee.
    This will be billed as a separate charge on your account.

    PRODUCTION TIME
    Production time for a Personal Pet Picture is 3-5 business days after we receive your picture.
