The email address you enter on your order is the one we will use for all correspondence.
Please check it after placing your order for any questions we may have.
If we do need additional information, your order will be held until a response is received.
If no response is received after 3 attempts, the order is cancelled & any charges are credited back.

PRODUCTION TIME
Standard products take 2-3 "business" days to make, Special Orders 3-5. Weekends not included.
You must also add Delivery Time to determine when your order will arrive.

PERSONALIZING YOUR ORDER
Only enter information that pertains to the Order Option you've selected.
Example: If you select the "Name" Order Option, do not add a Logo, Monogram Initials etc.
                If you wanted to add a Logo, you would change the Order Option to "Logo w/Name".
                The Ordering Info page has instructions for all 10 Order Options.
  • All items pictured are samples only. You must select the engraving for each product.
  • All type is centered unless requested otherwise.
  • One line of type is allowed using the "Name" Order Option.
  • Remember to select a Type Style.
  • If you enter your wording in all upper-case lettering, it will be engraved that way.
  • Logos & Monograms go above your wording. In some instances, they may be placed to the side.
  • If you order a "Single Initial Monogram", do not enter three initials.
  • All sets/4 come with the same engraving on all 4 glasses or mugs.
  • For all mugs with handles, the front will be the side facing you if held in your right hand.
  • We do not offer coloring for the engraved areas.

    OPPOSITE SIDE ENGRAVING
    Each order form has an option to add engraving to the opposite side of the glass.
    If you select this, please follow the directions given on the Opposite Side Engraving page.

    DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER
    We can not redo or refund orders if they were engraved as entered on the order form.
    If you have a name or word with a unique spelling, put a note in the "comments" box.

    LARGE ORDERS
    For orders over (30 lbs. ground) (20 lbs. 3-Day) (15 lbs. Air) the shipping charges will show $0.

  • The (+) symbols on the order form are for internal use only. They do not change the costs shown.
  • Quantities can be changed after clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
