PRODUCTION TIME
This is the time it takes to make your order. Weekends not included.
  • 2-3 business days for standard products.
  • 3-4 business days for a Special Orders (Personal Message or Personal Picture).

    DELIVERY TIME
    This is the time it takes the shipping company to deliver your order.
  • View the UPS Ground Map for delivery times to your area via "UPS Ground".
  • Expedited delivery options are listed below.
  • We have no control over the delivery time once your order has left our facility.

    You must add Production Time & Delivery Time to determine when your order will arrive.

    LARGE ORDERS
    Due to price variations by UPS for large boxes, shipping charges for larger orders will show $0.
    This only applies for orders over (30 lbs. ground) (20 lbs. 3-Day) (15 lbs. Air).
    You will be emailed the shipping charges shortly after your order has been placed.
    You may also request a quote before you place order.
    You will be sent an email requesting your approval of these charges before we can proceed.

    SHIPPING LOCATIONS
  • Always include a street address in your "Ship To" address. Do not enter a P.O. Box only.
  • If shipping to a business, please include the business name.
  • Continental U.S. orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Alaska & Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS.
  • Due to delivery problems outside of the U.S., we can no longer accept international orders.
