Write a special message and send it to us. We will engrave it in your own handwriting. TO ORDER 1. An Order Form is located at the bottom of each product page. 2. Select "Special Order" from the box labeled (Order Option). 3. Put a note in the "Comments" box that this order is for a Personal Message. Let us know how you will be sending your message (email or regular mail). 4. Review the Set-up Fee information below. 5. Click the "Order Button" and submit your order. SEND US YOUR MESSAGE Write a message and send it to us using one of the following options. Include your order #. a. Scan it (high resolution jpeg works best) & email it to us. b. Using a digital camera, email a clear, sharp photograph of your message. c. Mail us your message. SET UP FEE A one time set-up fee of $10 is required for a Personal Message. This fee is to convert your message to an engravable image. It is only charged once and is not added again for additional products using this message for 1 year. Example: If you order 2 or more glasses with the same message, only one set-up fee is charged. We will need permission to bill the set-up fee before we can proceed with your order. Put a note in the order form "Comments Box" that you accept the set-up fee. This will be billed as a separate charge on your account. PRODUCTION TIME Production time for a Personal Message is 3-5 business days after we receive your message. Please feel free to email us with any questions you may have. |
